| 摘 要： | 目的探讨西酞普兰合并奥氮平对难治性抑郁症的疗效。方法将67例难治性抑郁症患者随机分成研究组（用西酞普兰合并奥氮平治疗）和对照组（单用西酞普兰治疗），共治疗12周，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和副反应。结果治疗后，两组HAMD和HAMA评分较治疗前均有显著性降低（P〈0．05）。治疗后第1、2、4、6、12周末，研究组的HAMD和HAMA评分均显著低于对照组，且差异具有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应均较少。结论西酞普兰合并奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症较单用西酞普兰，具有疗效好，起效快，不良反应少的优点。
