髌骨环内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折

目的：探讨髌骨环内固定在治疗髌骨粉碎骨折中的应用。方法：回顾性分析我院骨科2006年11月～2007年6月采用髌骨环治疗髌骨骨折38例的临床资料。结果：38例术后12周复查X线片显示：骨折全部愈合，髌骨关节面平整，所有粉碎性骨折病例髌骨得以完整保留。根据陆氏疗效评定标准：优32例，良4例，可2例。优良率94．7％。结论：髌骨环的应用使粉碎性髌骨骨折可以完整保留髌骨，髌股关节面容易得到整复固定，固定牢固可靠，术后可早期活动，膝关节功能恢复良好。

Patellar ring in surgical treatment of patellar fracture

Objective To discuss the application value of the patellar ring in surgical treatment of patellar fracture. Metbod A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 38 cases with patellar fracture treated with the patellar ring in our hospital from November 2006 to June 2007. Results Re-examination of radiography at 12 weeks after surgery showed bone union was achieved in all the cases with a smooth patellofemoral articular surface. The patella was preserved completely in all the comminuted fracture cases. According to the Lu's criteria, excellent and good outcomes were achieved in 36 and 2 cases respectively, the rate of excellent or good results was 94.7%. Conclusion Application of patellar ring in the treatment of patellar fracture can preserve the comminuted patella completely, facilitate the reduction and fixation of the patello-femoral articular surface, and make early postoperative motions available. It is worthy of being recommended.
