氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联用对急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死疗效观察

目的观察氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联用治疗急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死（NSTEMI）的临床疗效。方法采用随机单盲对照的方法 ,将100例NSTEMI患者分为对照组和治疗组。对照组常规给予肠溶阿司匹林（150mg/d）、低分子肝素、硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂或钙拮抗剂;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用氯吡格雷75mg,口服,1次/d。观察两组治疗后临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗4周后主要心脏事件发生率较对照组明显降低,缺血性心电图明显改善,射血分数差异无统计学意义。结论氯吡格雷和阿司匹林联合应用疗效显著且安全。

Clinical evaluation of Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in non-ST-elevation acute myocardial infraction

Objective To evaluate the effect of clopidogrel combined with Aspirin in non-ST-elevation acute myocardial infraction（NSTEMI）.Methods 100cases of patients with NSTEMI were divided into control group and therapy group with random,single blind contrast.Aspirin（150 mg/d）,lower molecular weight heparin,nitrites,beta blocker or calcium channel blocker were administered to the control group routinely,and clopidogrel（75 mg/d）was given to the therapy group,besides the above-mentioned medicines,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results Two groups of patients after four weeks the cardiac events of the therapy group was signficantly lower than the control groups.There was significiant improment of ECG.Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treatment of NSTEMI has showen more effective and safety.
