腰-硬联合麻醉在下肢手术的应用

目的观察腰-硬联合麻醉在为患者实施下肢手术的应用效果。方法我院为89例下肢手术的患者采用腰-硬联合麻醉的麻醉方式。选用L2～L3进行穿刺,到硬膜外腔后采用23G腰穿针进入患者蛛网膜下腔,在硬膜外留置导管,长为3～5cm。麻醉结束后采取合适的体位。结果在应用腰-硬联合麻醉后,患者都取得了较好的麻醉效果,手术过程中,患者肌肉松弛,无不良反应,生命体征较为平稳,且术后并发症少。结论腰-硬联合麻醉阻滞效果较为完全,使用的麻醉药物少,对呼吸系统影响小,术后并发症较少,适合应用于下肢手术的患者。

Waist epidural anesthesia on lower limbs joint operation of applications

Objective Observation of spinal-epidural anesthesia for patients with lower limb surgery for the application of results.Methods In our hospital,89 patients with lower extremity surgery were treated with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.After the end of anesthesia,the appropriate position was taken.Results In the application of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia,patients had achieved good effects of anesthesia,surgical procedures,muscle relaxation in patients with no adverse reactions,vital signs were relatively stable,and less postoperative complications.Conclusion Spinal-epidural anesthetic block iss more complete,less suitable for lower limb surgery patients.
