| 摘 要： | 锋钩针是新九针重要针具之一,运用于神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗已有15年以上。阐述了锋钩针针具治疗神经根型颈椎病的取穴依据,并从松解粘连、刺络放血、勾治作用、针刺效应等方面对锋钩针治疗神经根型颈椎病机理的进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: | Spike-hooked needle is one of the important needle tools in New Nine Needle.It has been used to treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy for over 15 years.The article expounded the basis of selecting acupoints with spike-hooked needle to treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy,and at the same time it approached the mechanism of action in relieving adhesions,venesection and bloodletting,draw-treating and acupuncture effect during treating this disease. |
