摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定儿童清热导滞丸中的厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量。方法:色谱柱为KromasilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱;流动相:甲醇-水(59:41);检测波长:294nm;流速:1.0ml·min-1;柱温:40℃。结果:厚朴酚与和厚朴酚分别在0.18—3.56μg(r=0.9999);0.04~0.85μg(r:0.9998)范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,结果平均回收率分别为100.2%和103.8%,RSD分别为1.16%和2.12%(n=6)。结论:方法可用于控制儿童清热导滞丸的质量。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination the contents of magnolol and honokiol in Ertong qingre daozhi pills. Method: The Kromasil Cls column ( 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the methanol-water ( 59 : 41 ) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 294 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 ml. rain - 1, and the column temperature was 40℃. Result: The Lin- er ranges of magnolol and honokiol were 0. 18-3.56 μg ( r = 0. 999 9), 0. 04-0. 85 μg ( r = 0. 999 8 ), the average recoveries ( n = 6) were 100. 2% and 103.8% with RSD 1.16% and 2. 12% respectively. Conclusion: The method can be used for quality control of Er- tong qingre daozhi pills.
