| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经椎间盘镜髓核除术的适应证、并发症及疗效。方法：2000年10月至2001年9月共开展经椎间盘镜髓核除术29例，男性17例，女性12例，年龄27－58岁，平均42岁，术后随访平均3个月，结果：所有病例均获随访，其中疗效为优19例，疗效为良9例，疗效差1例，优良率达96．6％，神经根损和硬膜破裂各有1例，并发症发生率为6．9％，结论：经椎间盘镜髓核除术具有创伤小、术后恢复快，花费少等优点，适用于除复发性和伴严重椎管狭窄症以外的腰椎间盘突出症病例。

| Abstract: | Objectives To discuss the indication,complication and efficacy of Microendoscopy discectomy (MED) for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation Methods Twenty nine cases of lumbar disc herniation were operated with MED from October, 2000 to September, 2001 Among them, there were 17 males, 12 females, and average age were 42 years old, average follow up date was 3 months Results All the cases were followed up, with the results of excellent in 19 cases, good in 9 cases, fail in 1 case The Rate of excellent and good was 96 6% Meanwhile, there were one case of nerve root injury and one case of dura laceration Conclusions The advantages of MED were minimal invasive, rapidly recovery and cheap It can be used for the treatment of all types of lumbar disc herniation except revision cases and combined serious lumbar stenosis |
