关于腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术后护理的几点思考

目的探讨腹腔镜胆总管切开取石、T管引流术的术后护理。方法回顾分析我院180例腹腔镜胆总管切开取石、T管引流术的临床资料。结果配合医生作好围手术期处理,术后针对腹腔镜手术的特点加强护理,所有患者均顺利完成手术并康复出院。结论术后专科护理对提高腹腔镜胆总管切开取石、T管引流手术的成功率,促进病人早日康复并及时观察和处理术后并发症等方面有着重要意义。

Reflections on the postoperative care of Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Exploration

Objective： To explore the postoperative care of laparoseopie common bile duct exploration and T tube drainage. Methods：The clinical datas of 180 cases with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and T tube drainage in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results： We cooperated with the doctors to do well in pefioperative period and strengthened the nursing after laparoscopio common bile duct exploration, so that all the patients were completed successfully in laparoscopie common bile duct exploration and rehabilitation discharge.Conclusions：The postoperative nursing play an importmant role in improving the operative success rates, promoting the patients rehabilitation early, and observing and treating the operative complications promptly.
