摘    要:目的评价LEEP术在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变中的诊治价值。方法回顾性分析674例经阴道镜诊断为CIN,后行LEEP手术治疗的患者的手术,预后及病理级别变化的情况。结果手术时间4-18 min,中位数为8 min。术中出血5-25 ml,中位数为9 ml;术后CIN分级上升的共有63例,占总例数的9.4%,级别相等的病例共有220例,占总例数的32.6%,术后分级下降的有391例,占总例数的58%。术后切缘累及共50例,占总病例数的7.73%。术后随访治愈率达98.7%。结论LEEP术在宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊治中有着重要的价值,是疾病治疗的首选方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods Six hundred and seventy-four cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasm diagnosed by biopsy were treated by LEEP. The prognosis and changes of pathological grades were studied. Results The operation time lasted 4 - 18 min and the median was 8 min. The amount of blood loss was 5 - 25 ml and the median was 9 ml. The pathological grade went up in 63 cases (9.4%) and had no change in 220 cases (32, 6% ) while grade went down in 391 cases (58%). Margin specimens were involved in 50 cases (7.73 % ). The following up curative rate was 98.7 %. Conclusion LEEP has important value in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, it is the first choice for the treatment of CIN.
