| 摘 要： | 目的 观察鼻腔内滴入利多卡因对丛集性头痛的治疗效果。方法 5 8例丛集性头痛患者随机分为 2组 :A组 (n =2 9)为治疗组 ,给予 2 %利多卡因 2ml(40mg)滴入头痛侧鼻腔 ;B组 (n =2 9)为对照组 ,给予苯噻啶 1mg口服 ,分别观察用药后 15～ 12 0min内的止痛效果。结果 A组总有效率为89 .6 6 % ;B组总有效率为 6 8.97% ,A、B 2组之间对比差别有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 鼻腔内滴入利多卡因对于正在发作的丛集性头痛有良好的治疗效果 ,既简便又安全。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intranasal lidocaine in treating cluster headache.Methods 58 patients with cluster headache were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (n=29) as treatment group was treated by 2% lidocaine 2ml(40 mg),which was dropped into the nostril on the side of headache; group B (n=29) as control group was treated by pizotifen 1mg orally. The analgesic efficacy within 15～120 minutes was observed for both groups.Results The total effective rates were 89.66% in group A and 68.97% in group B, and there was a significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.01).Conclusion The intranasal lidocaine has obvious therapeutic effect on acute attacks of cluster headache, which is simple,convenient and safe. |
