血液透析治疗小儿肾功能衰竭17例

目的 探讨小儿肾功能衰竭（肾衰）的血液透析（血透）时机及进行血透的方法。方法 对17例肾衰患儿采用血透治疗85次，对透析前后血肌酐和尿素氮进行比较。结果 痊患10例，明显好转4例，自动出院1例，死亡2例，死因与透析无直接关系，抢救成功率82.4%。本组自透过程未出现明显严重并发症。结论 血透是治疗小儿肾衰的主要方法之一，其疗效迅速、安全、可靠。

Treatment of 17 children with renal failure by hemodialysis

Objective To investigate the optimal time and method of hemodialysis (HD) of treating the children with renal failure. Methods HD of 85 times were carried out on 17 cases of children with renal failure. The serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were measured before and after hemodialysis. Results 10 patients were cured, 4 improved obviously, 1 abandoned treatment and 2 died. Death was not directly associated with HD. The survival rate was 82 4%. The method of our HD did not produce obvious complications. Conclusion HD is a chief method to treat the children with renal failure. It is an efficient, safe and reliable treatment. Early dialysis should be emphasized to avoid serious progressive complications.
