| 摘 要： | 目的观察血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平在小儿细菌性肺炎、支原体肺炎和病毒性肺炎中的变化。方法选择明确诊断为肺炎的120例小儿患者,根据病因分为细菌性肺炎组、支原体肺炎组和病毒性肺炎组(分别简称细菌组、支原体组和病毒组),每组40例,进行血清C-反应蛋白的测定,观察其浓度的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果入院时细菌组与支原体组、病毒组血清CRP比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),病毒组与支原体组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后细菌组CRP较入院时明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清CRP在小儿肺炎的鉴别诊断中具有重要的临床意义。 |
