教学研究型医学院校评价指标体系与模型的初步研究

结合医学院校发展规律特点,在文献分析的基础上初步拟定指标体系,采用专题组讨论法与德尔菲法相结合的方法对指标进行筛选,最终确定了由5个一级指标、17个二级指标和47个三级指标构成的教学研究型医学院校评价指标体系,提出教学研究型医学院校评价的核心指标,采用比例分配法确定指标权重,构建出教学研究型医学院校综合评价模型.结果显示构建的评价指标体系合理、可信,能够为相关医学院校科学定位和制定合理发展规划等提供参考依据.

Preliminary study on the evaluation item system and the model for the medical universities styled teaching and research

Taking the development rule and characteristics of the medical universities into account,we established an evaluation item system based on literature analysis.The indicators were selected by Delphi method and Focus groups discussing method.Then,an evaluation item system for the medical universities styled teaching and research was constructed,which concluded 5 one-grade items,17 secondgrade items and 47 third-grade ones.The core indicators of the medical universities styled teaching and research were proposed,and indicators' weights were established by use of the proportional distribution method.Finally,in the paper,a comprehensive evaluation model of medical universities styled teaching and research was constructed.The results show the item system is reasonable and credible,for it could provide reference for medical universities to make management decisions such as reasonable development plans.
