| 摘 要： | 本文报告了应用游离自体骨膜移植修复囊性骨缺损4例,经随访证实疗效满意。自体骨膜移植术简单易行,无需特殊设备和器械,移植骨膜成骨早而快,可均匀填充骨缺损,对机体损伤小,对供区骨结构无破坏,所取之骨膜缺损区,1个月可新生,患者功能恢复快。 |

| Abstract: | This article reports 4 cases of the cystic bone deficiency repaired by free auto-periosteal grafts. The retrospective effects are satisfactory. The free auto-perio-steal grafting is simple and easy. It is not necessary to use special instrument and installation. The periosteal grafts produce new bone earlier and faster, can fill bone deficiency well-distributedly, and do not destroy the bone structure of the donation region. The patients' function are rehabilitated quickly. |
