| 摘 要： | 目的：复制大鼠慢性酒精性肝损伤情况。方法：每日予大鼠以1．5ml/100g的剂量灌食56度的白酒，4、8、12周后观察肝脏变化情况。结果：每日予大鼠灌食56度白酒1．5ml/100g可在4、8、12周时出现慢性酒精性肝病的各种表现，如脂肪变性、炎症改变及肝纤维化等，这些表现以12周时为甚。结论：每日灌食56度白酒1．5ml/100g可建立大鼠慢性酒精性肝损伤模型。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an experimental animal model for liver injury of chronic alcoholism. Methods Rats were fed with 56 % distilled alcohol, 1.5ml/100g day for 12 weeks, and the livers of rats were examined pathologically.Results The typical hepatic injury and fibrosis change of chronic alcoholism were observed in rats at 4?8 and 12 weeks after giving of alcohol.Conclusion Experimental model of chronic alcoholic liver injury can be established in rats with feeding of 56% alcohol. |
