| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫输卵管造影术(HSG)在不孕症中的诊断与治疗作用。方法选择病例853例进行分析,其中原发性不孕症353例,继发性不孕症490例,输卵管吻合术后10例。结果造影能显示输卵管阻塞的部位、范围、程度及子宫畸形情况。结论子宫输卵管造影术(HSG)是测定输卵管是否通畅的一种初筛方法,且具有分离轻度粘连的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the action of hysterosalpingography(HSG) during diagnosis and treatment for infertility.Methods 853 cases of infertility patient were analyzed and among them there were 353 cases primary infertility,490 cases secondary infertility and 10 cases fallopian tube operation.Results The HSG could show the situation of fallopian tube obstructive location,range,degree and deformity of uterus.Conclusion The HSG might be screening method to detection the obstruction of fallopian tube and could treat slightly adhesion of fallopian tube. |
