摘    要:目的观察急性高原低氧大鼠海马神经细胞的超微结构变化,为探讨高原低氧对大鼠海马神经细胞形态和功能的影响提供形态学依据。方法将平原SD大鼠运至高原(4000m),在第7天取大鼠海马,常规电镜方法染色,观察海马神经细胞形态结构。结果电镜下急性高原组大鼠海马区神经细胞的形态和胞浆内的细胞器与平原组相比存在不同。结论急性高原低氧环境对大鼠海马神经细胞形态结构存在一定影响。

Abstract:Objective In order to explore the effect of hypoxia on the morphological and functional changes in hippocampus nerve cell, the ultrastructural structure of hippocampus nerve cell caused by acute hypoxia at high altitudes in rats was observed. Methods After SD rats transferred from plain to high altitudes (4000m) 7 days, each hippocampus is extracted and stained with routine electron microscope methods. Results There were obvious changes within the cytoplasm of the cell morphology and organelles of hippocampus neurons in acute hypoxia group under the electron microscope compared with control group. Conclusion High altitudes caused hypoxia can impact on the shape and structure of hippocampus nerve cell in rat.
