| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨综合护理干预对帕金森病患者生活质量的影响.方法 将39例帕金森病患者随机分为对照组及综合护理干预组,对照组进行正规药物治疗,干预组在正规药物治疗的基础上,给予3个月的综合护理干预.结果 综合护理干预组的生活质量评分为(91.31±8.25)分,高于对照组患者的评分(82.45±9.84)分;综合护理干预组的Zung评分为(40.64±9.66)分,低于对照组的(44.87±3.27)分.两者差异均有显著性(P＜0.01).其中,干预组患者的床椅移动能力、平地行走能力和上下楼能力明显优于对照组患者.结论 给予帕金森病患者综合护理干预,对其生活质量的改善和延缓病程的进展意义重大.
