| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨双侧脑室穿刺引流与腰穿脑脊液置换治疗重型脑脑室出血的有效性.方法 重型脑室出血患者72例,随机分为A、B、C 3组,分别进行内科治疗结合单侧脑室穿刺引流术(A组)、内科治疗结合双侧脑室穿刺引流术(B组)与内科治疗结合双侧脑室穿刺引流术加腰穿脑脊液置换(C组).结果 C组脑室积血清除时间明显比A、B组缩短(P<0.05),且病死率低.结论 双侧脑室穿刺引流加腰穿脑脊液置换治疗重型脑室出血是一种比较安全、有效的方法.
