| 摘 要： | 目的 总结前尿道憩室合并结石的诊断治疗体会。方法 对 5例前尿道憩室合并结石行手术治疗后进行回顾性分析。结果 4例行尿道憩室切除尿道修补术 ,取出全部结石 ,1例行尿道憩室造口术 ,取出结石 ,3个月后行尿道成形术。结论 尿道平片 +尿道造影简单可靠。手术应视具体情况选择方法 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of anterior urethral diverticulum accompanied with renal stones. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 5 cases of anterior urethral diverticulum accompanied with stones were analysed retrospectively. Results In the 5 cases of anterior urethral diverticulum accompanied with stone, urethral divertit ulumectomy and repair operation of the urethra was performed in 4 patients, urethral diverticulumostomy was applied in 1 patient. All stones were taken out and urethraplasty was performed after 3 months. Conclusion Plain films of the urethra and urethrography were simple and reliable. Different methods of procedures should be chosen according to different patients. |
