高能聚焦超声治疗腹腔和盆腔肿瘤102例

目的探讨应用FEPBY02高能聚焦超声治疗机治疗治疗腹盆腔肿瘤102例的疗效。方法102例腹盆腔肿瘤共治疗578次。按空腔脏器肿瘤和实质脏器肿瘤分别统计疗效。结果12例空腔脏器肿瘤组PR为66.7%(8/12),NC为33.3%(4/12)。90例实质脏器肿瘤组显效率为23.3%(20/90),有效率47.8%(42/90),无效率28.9%(26/90)。总有效率70.6%。17例合并有不同程度的癌性疼痛,治疗后11例疼痛完全缓解或部分缓解,缓解率为64.7%。结论高能聚焦超声治疗无创、安全、有效,为晚期腹盆腔肿瘤特别是胰腺癌,腹腔转移淋巴结,腹壁转移瘤的良好治疗方法。超声治疗通道是影响疗效的关键。FEPBY02较FEPBY01高能聚焦超声治疗机在使用上更方便舒适。

TREATMENT OBSERVATION FOR 102 CASES OF ABDOMINAL OR PELVIC CAVITY TUMORS BY HIGH INTENSITY FOCUSED ULTRASOUND

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of High-intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) in treating abdominal or pelvic cavity tumors via FEPBY-02 was observed. Methods One hundred and two patients with abdominal or pelvic tumors were treated by HIFU for 578 times totally. The results were statistically evaluated based on two groups, respectively, one group (twelve cases) with vacant viscera tumors and another group (ninety cases) with substantial viscera tumors. Results The partial recovery (PR) rate of twelve cases with vacant viscera tumors was 66.7%(8/12) while no change (NC) rate was 33.3%(4/12). The significant efficiency rate of ninety cases with substantial viscera tumors was 23.3%(20/90), and the efficiency rate was 47.8%(42/90), the inefficiency rate was 28.9%(26/90). The total efficiency rate was 70.6%. The cancer pain of eleven cases was completely or partially relieved among seventeen cases with this symptom after treated by HIFU, the effective rate was 64.7%. Conclusion The study showed that HIFU is a no-wounded, safe and efficacious method to treat late abdominal or pelvic cavity tumors, especially for the pancreatic cancer, lymph nodes metastasized from cancer in abdominal or pelvic cavity and Metastatic tumors of abdominal wall. Treatment efficiency is mainly affected by the Ultrasound treat channel. Compared with rument FEPBY-01, Instrument FEPBY-02 is more convenient and comfortable to patients when applied.
