| 摘 要： | 目的探讨十二指肠损伤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析1995-2004年收治的39例十二指肠损伤患者的临床资料。结果39例均行手术治疗。治愈30例（76．9％），死亡9例（23．1％），死亡原因为多脏器损伤、感染性休克、多器官功能衰竭。结论早期诊断、正确处理与恰当的术式，是救治十二指肠损伤的关键，可以提高生存率，降低并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the diagnosis and treatment of duodenal injury. [Method] The clinical data of 39 patients with duodenal injury were analyzed retrospectirely. [Result] All patients were treated by operation. 30 patients were cured successfully, and 9 patients were died because of multiple organs injuries, septic shock and muitiple organ failure. [Conclusion] Early diagnosis, correct treatment and appropriate operative method are essential for duodenal injury, rising the rate of survival and lessening complication. |
