乌拉地尔联合乌司他丁治疗顽固性充血性心力衰竭临床疗效观察

【目的】观察乌拉地尔联合乌司他丁治疗顽固性心衰的临床效果。【方法】将81例顽固性心衰住院患者随机分为A、B、c三组，在常规治疗基础上，A组单独给予乌拉地尔；B组乌拉地尔与乌司他丁联合应用；C组给予硝普钠；疗程均为为7～10d。【结果】B组的总有效率（96．3％）明显高于A组（85．2％）和C组（81．5％）。三组治疗后的心功能状况、血压及心率、呼吸频率均可得到明显的改善，但乌拉地尔和乌司他丁联用改善心功能效果优于其他两组（P〈0．05）。【结论】应用乌拉地尔联合乌司他丁治疗顽固性心衰能明显地改善心功能，临床有效率高，不良反应少。

Clinical Observation on Urapidil and Ulinastatin for Treatment of Stubborn Heart Failure

[Objective]To investigate the therapeutic effect of urapidil and ulinastatin for treating the stub- born congestive heart failure. [Methods]Based on routine measurement, 81 serious chronic heart failure （CHF） patients were randomized into three groups, urapidil group （group A, n =27）, urapidil and ulinastatin group （group B, n=27） and sodium nitroprusside group （group C, n=27）. All therapeutic time was 7 to 10 days. [Results]The total efficiency rate in group B （96.3%） was higher than that in group A （85.2%）and group C （81.5%） . The heart function, heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure were improved in all groups after the therapy （P〈0.05） , but the effect in group B was more obvious than that in group A and group C （P〈0.05） . [Conclusion]Urapidil with ulinastatin can provide more efficiency in treating stubborn congestive heart failure and has less side effects.
