| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨卵巢甲状腺肿类癌的诊治特点.方法：分析1例卵巢甲状腺肿类癌病例的诊治过程,同时复习相关文献.结果：肿物主要由类癌、甲状腺滤泡及少许鳞形上皮组成.免疫组化示类癌细胞NSE（＋）、Syn（＋）、CgA（弱＋）;滤泡上皮细胞Tg（＋）.结论：卵巢甲状腺肿类癌起源于内胚层,低度恶性,诊断主要依赖病理和免疫组化,需要与颗粒细胞瘤、卵巢恶性甲状腺肿、卵巢类癌等鉴别. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic and therapeutic features of strumal carcinoid of ovary.Methods:To analyse the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with strumal carcinoid of ovary and review literature.Results:The tumor had distinct components of carcinoid,struma and some squamous epithelium.The immunohistochemistry of the former was positive for NSE,Syn and weak positive for CgA,and the latter was positive for Tg.Conclusions:Strumal carcinoid of ovary may be derived from multidirectional differentiations of endodermal origin with low potential malignancy.Its diagnosis must base on the pathology and immunohistochemistry and should be distinguished from granular cell tumor,malignant struma ovary,carcinoid of ovary and so on. |
