| 摘 要： | 目的：研究早期应用高压氧治疗对重度颅脑损伤患者预后的影响。方法：46例重度颅脑损伤患者按外伤后进行HBO治疗时机分为两组：A组,n=28例,伤后8～30天,B组18例,伤后31～60天,两组患者在入院24h内和接受HBO治疗4周后分别采用Glasgow昏迷（Glasgow coma scal,GCS）评分,6个月后采用Glasgow预后（Glasgow outcome scale,GOS）进行评分。结果：入院6个月后,A组患者的意识和残疾程度改善较B组显著,两组间的GCS和GOS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：重度颅脑损伤患者在伤后早期接受HBO治疗效果更好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of early hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy(8-30d) on prognosis of the patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods:Forty six with severe craniocerebral injury were divided into group A (within 4 week) and B (30-60d) according to the HBO therapy time.
