| 摘 要： | 为了探讨彩色多普勒超声对卵巢肿瘤良恶性的诊断价值,应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声观察56例卵巢良恶性肿瘤的声像图特征及血流情况。56例患者全部经手术及病理确诊为卵巢肿瘤,超声诊断符合率为94.64%;恶性肿瘤阻力指数(resistance index,RI)、搏动指数(pulse index,PI)明显低于良性肿瘤,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。初步研究结果提示,彩色多普勒血流显像鉴别卵巢囊性肿瘤良恶性有可靠的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.The transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound ovarian benign,malignant tumor imaging features and the blood flow were observed in 56 cases.Fifty-three patients were confirmed through surgery and pathology.The ultrosound diagnosis rate was 94.64%;PI and RI of malignant were significantly lower than those of benign.The difference was significant(P<0.01).In conclusion,color Doppler flow imaging is cystic a reliable diagnostic mean for differentiation of benign and malignant tumors. |
