摘    要:目的:探讨早期干预对低出生体重儿(LBW)认知生长发育的促进作用。方法:选择61例LBW(1 850~2450 g)随机分为两组;干预组(Ⅰ组33例),未干预组(Ⅱ组28例)。Ⅰ组实施婴儿抚触,营养指导,早期教育,感知运动、语言等训练。Ⅱ组未能参加干预。于6月、12月、24月、36月两组分别进行体格发育(体重、身高)SDS值评定(Z评分)及Gesell发育商(DQ)的测定。结果:Ⅰ组各年龄段的体重、身高SDS值显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);Gesell测试:6月时Ⅰ组各能区DQ分值高于Ⅱ组,但精细动作、应物能、言语能与Ⅱ组无显著差异(P>0.05);12月、24月、36月时Ⅰ组各能区DQ分值与Ⅱ组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:研究表明早期干预能有效地促进LBW体格生长及认知行为发育。

Study on early intervention in promoting cognition development behavior for low birth weight infants
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of early intervention for low birth weight infants(LBW) on growth velocity and cognitive behavior development.Methods:61 cases of LBW(1 850-2 450 g) were collected and divided into intervention group(I group 33 cases) and non-intervention group(Ⅱ group 28 cases) randomly.Infant touch,nutrition guiding,early education,sense-motion and language training were practiced to I group.Ⅱ group didn't participate in intervention..The SDS(Z-score) of the physical development(weight and height) and Gesell developmental quotient(DQ) test were performed in the two groups in 6,12,24 and 36 months.Results:The SDS of weight and height in I group were significantly higher than in II group in every phase(P<0.01).Gesell test:DQ in I group were higher than that in Ⅱ group in 6 months,but fine motor,adaptation and language DQ were no obvious differences between two groups(P>0.05).DQ in I group were significantly different from that in II group in 12,24,and 36 months(P<0.01).Conclusion:Early intervention can efficiently improve the growth and cognitive behavior development for LBW.
