摘    要:目的:对不同产地山茱萸中化学成分进行含量测定,明确不同产地气象因子对化学成分的影响及其相关性.方法:对河南、陕西及浙江3个主产区14个产地山茱萸药材中熊果酸、马钱苷、总多糖、有机酸、鞣质、水溶性浸出物及醇溶性浸出物进行含量测定,运用数理统计学软件(PASW STATISTICS 18)各化学成分指标与产地气象因子进行相关性分析.结果:山茱萸药材中马钱苷、醇浸物、总有机酸、鞣质的含量与产地气象因子没有显著相关性;熊果酸含量与产地日照呈现负相关,多糖含量与产地年日照时数和年均温度呈正相关;水浸物含量与产地年均温度成正相关.结论:明确了山茱萸化学成分与气象因子之间的相关性,为培育质优、高产的山茱萸提供理论基础,同时为山茱萸的GAP生产提供理论支持.

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between the chemical components and the planting area of Corni Fructus, Method: Samples collected from 14 localities of three main production areas of Henan, Zhejiang and Shanxi province were obtained. The contents of main chemical components including loganin, ursolic aicd, polysaccharide, tannins, organic acid, water-soluble extraction and alcohol-soluble extraction were determined to analyze the correlation between chemical components and meteorological factors by PASW STATISTICS 18 software. Result: The results showed the content of ursolic acid was negatively correlated with sunshine hours, polysaccharide content was positively with sunshine hours and average annual temperature, water-soluble extraction was positively correlated with average annual temperature. Conclusion: The results provided theoretical support for good quality cultivation of Corni Fructus.
