社区诊疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床体会

目的:探讨社区诊断和治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床体会。方法:回顾分析我社区2001年1月-2010年12月诊治的66例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果:66例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者在社区初步抢救处置后转入住院部确诊,60例住院治疗,6例返回社区治疗。治疗包括扩血管、活化脑细胞、调节血压、调控血糖等。经治疗患者均有不同程度的好转,无死亡病例。结论:社区医院应注意就诊的脑梗死患者是否合并糖尿病;糖尿病患者应采取预防措施,积极控制血糖、血脂、血压等危险因素,采取适当的抗凝、抗血小板等治疗,有望改善预后。

CLINCAL EXPERIENCE OF DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS COMBINED CEREBRAL INFARCTION AT COMMUNITY

Objective:To investigate the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined cerebral infarction at community.Methods:The clinical data of 66 type 2 diabetes mellitus combined cerebral infarction patients in our community from 2001.1 to 2010.12 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:66 type 2 diabetes mellitus combined cerebral infarction patients were primarily rescued at community and then diagnosed at in-patient department of hospital. 60 patients were treated in hospital, the other 6 patients treated at community. The treatment included expanding vessels, activating brain cells, regulating blood pressure, regulating blood glucose, and so on. The patients were improved at varying degree, and no dead cases.Conclusions:Community hospitals should pay attention if the cerebral infarction patients combined diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus patients should take preventive measures to control dangerous factors, such as blood glucose, blood fat and blood pressure. Diabetes mellitus patients should take such treatments as anticoagulation and antiplatelet, may improve prognosis.
