| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑脊液梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验(treponema pallidum particle agglutination,TPPA)与甲苯胺红不加热试验(toluidine red unheated serumtest,TRUST)对于神经梅毒的诊断价值。方法以我院收治的20例神经梅毒患者以及60例健康体检者作为研究对象,对脑脊液TPPA与TRUST检测对神经梅毒的敏感性、特异性以及假阴性等进行比较。结果脑脊液TPPA与TRUST联合检测对神经梅毒敏感度及特异性均高于单独检测,同时可降低其假阴性。结论对于高度怀疑为神经梅毒的患者采用脑脊液TPPA与TRUST联合检测,可提高其检测效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Cerebrospinal fluid TPPA and TRUST detection in the diagnosis of neurosyphilis.Methods 20 patients with neurosyphilis and 60 healthy testees were taken as the research objects.The sensitivity,specificity and false negative of the cerebrospinal fluid TPPA and TRUST detection of neurosyphilis were respectively compared.Results The sensitivity and specificity of the cerebrospinal fluid TPPA and TRUST detection of neurosyphilis were higher than that of the single detection and can also reduce the false negative.Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid TPPA and TRUST detection of neurosyphilis for the patients with a high index of suspicion can improve the detection effect. |
