| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨原发性膀胱类癌的临床、影像表现及病理特征。方法:回顾分析1例原发性膀胱类癌并复习文献予以讨论。结果:病理和免疫组化检查诊断为膀胱类癌。结论:原发性膀胱类癌发病率低,无明显特征性临床表现,确诊需靠组织病理学及免疫组织化学检查。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical,pathological characteristics of the carcinoid tumor of the primary urinary bladder.Methods:One case of the carcinoid tumor of the primary urinary bladder was retrospectively analysed.Results:The patient was diagnosed as carcinoid tumor of the urinary bladder by pathologic and immuno-histochemical tests.Conclusion:Carcinoid tumor of the urinary bladder is uncommon.It has no specific clinic symptoms,the diagnosis depends on histo-pathological and immunohistochemical tests. |
