甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、西咪替丁联合定喘汤治疗重症支气管哮喘疗效观察

目的观察甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、西咪替丁注射液联合定喘汤治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将64例重症支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。两组均采用常规治疗,观察组加用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、西咪替丁注射液及定喘汤。结果观察组有效率96.9%,高于对照组的68.8%(P0.01);观察组消化道症状发生率低于对照组(P0.01)。结论甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、西咪替丁联合定喘汤治疗重症支气管哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Observation of treating severe bronchial asthma with methylprednisolone Na succinate,cimetidine and Dingchuan decoction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating severe bronchial asthma with methylprednisolone Na succinite,cimetidine and Dingchuan decoction.Methods Sixty-four patients with severe bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into experimental group(32 cases) and control group(32 cases),both of which were treated with conventional methods.Besides the conventional treatment,patients in the experimental group received methylprednisolone Na succinite,cimetidine and Dingchuan decoction.Results The effective rate(96.9%) of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(68.8%)(P<0.01).The incidence of alimentary canal symptoms in the experimental group was lower tham that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Treating severe bronchial asthma with methylprednisolone Na succinite,cimetidine and Dingchuan decoction has an evident clinical effect and is worth promoting clinically.
