| 摘 要： | 专家共识旨在陈述冠状动脉CT血管造影（coronary computed tomographic angiography,CCTA）对于疑似或确诊冠状动脉疾病的临床应用现状。鉴于目前还没有足够的循证医学证据确立CCTA的临床实践指南,故该共识未提供CCTA应用的明确推荐意见。共识的内容旨在根据业已出版的同行评议文献并经专家委员会讨论,总结出CCTA目前在临床应用中的长处和短处。因此既不是一个全面的综述,也不是对CCTA技术进行指导,并且也没有专门陈述CCTA检查的适应证。因为有关心脏CT和磁共振成像的适应证标准以及冠状动脉钙化CT检测的临床意义此前业已发表。 |
