益心冲剂对心肌梗塞心肌缺血面积影响的实验及临床研究

目的：通过益心冲剂对实验性心肌梗塞大鼠心梗面积的影响探讨其对心肌细胞的保护机理，并利用SPECT观察其对AMI病人心肌缺血面积的影响，方法：实验大鼠益心冲剂6．4，12．8g/kg灌胃5d后与对照组结扎冠状动脉制备AMI模型，结扎后24h摘取大鼠心脏经N－BT染色观测心梗细胞，并用SPECT观测AMI病人益心冲剂治疗前后心肌缺血面积，结果：益心冲剂灌胃组大鼠较对照组心梗面积明显缩小，益心冲剂治疗后心肌缺血面积亦有明显改善，结论：益心冲剂具有增加心肌供氧，缩小AMI梗塞面积，改善AMI病人心肌缺血的程度等作用，可作为治疗冠心病的理想药物。

The Experimental and Clinical Study of YIXIN Mixture on Ischemic Areas of Myocardial Infarction

Objective To discuss protecting mechanism of YIXIN mixture to myocardial cells by studying the effects of YIXIN mixture on ischemic areas in experimental myocardial infarction rats and observe its effects on ischemic areas in patients with AMI.Methods The experimental group rats which have been given YIXIN mixture 6.4?12.8 g/kg by gastric filling for five day and control group rats were made into AMI models by coronary artery ligation.Infarction areas were determined by N-BT staining at 24 hour after ligature.The infarction areas of patients with AMI were calculated by SPECT before and after YIXIN mixture adminitration.Result The infarction areas of experimental group rats were less than those of control group rats.The ischemic areas in patients with AMI were also decreased after YIXIN mixture treatment.Conclousion YIXIN mixture can decrease oxygen supply,decrease AMI patients.YIXIN mixture can be served as an ideal drug for treatment of CHD.
