| 摘 要： | 对社区康复进行市场需求分析,康复医学的经济学分析,社区康复的临床经济学分析,社区卫生服务中心康复科的分析显示:康复是随着社会、经济的发展,人口老年化社区康复需求迅猛发展;康复医学投入/产出比高,占有社会资源少;社区康复涉及卒中、骨科、精神、工伤康复.临床经济学分析结果提示社区康复疗效好、费用低,治疗性收入高.对某社区卫生服务中心的康复科的经济学分析:医疗收入占总收入64.5%,医院纯收益占总收入的 22.3%,员工年平均收入4.22万元.社区康复是投入少,疗效好,是宏观效率和微观效率相对一致的亚学科,值得大力发展.
