| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清内皮素(ET)、抵抗素水平与周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法:选择郑州大学第二附属医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者60例,经神经电生理检查分为单纯糖尿病组20例和DPN组40例,并选择健康体检者30例为对照组。采用放射免疫法和酶联免疫法测定各组血清ET、抵抗素水平。结果:单纯糖尿病组和DPN组血清ET、抵抗素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而DPN组ET、抵抗素水平显著高于单纯糖尿病组(P<0.05)。直线相关分析发现,2型糖尿病患者血清抵抗素水平与ET呈正相关(r=0.436,P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析发现病程、HbA1c、血清ET和抵抗素水平是与DPN发生相关的独立危险因素。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清ET、抵抗素水平与DPN密切相关;患者血清ET、抵抗素水平异常增高是可能导致DPN发生的危险因素。 |
