水团花化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的:研究茜草科植物水团花Ad/napaulifera根部的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH020凝胶柱色谱等柱层析方法进行分离纯化,经波谱分析和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从水团花根部分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为quinovicacid(1),quinovicacid3-β-D—glucopyranoside(2),quinovicacid3-β-D—glucopyranoside(28-1)-β-D—glucopyranoside(3),quinovicacid3-β-D—glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-rhamnopyranoside(4),芦荟大黄素(5),sweroside(6),loganin(7),noreugenin(8),undulatosideB(9),5,7-dihydroxy-2-methyl—chromone7-0-β-D—apiofuranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),β-谷甾醇(11)和胡萝卜苷(12)。结论:化合物4、5、6、11和12为首次从水团花植物中分离得到。

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Adina pilulifera

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the root of Adina pilulifera. Methods: The compounds isolation and purification used silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column Chromatography, and their structure identification used spectral and chemical methods. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified. There are quinovic acid ( 1 ), quinovic acid 3-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 2 ), quinovic acid 3-β-D- glucopyranoside (28→ 1 ) -β-D-glucopyranoside (3), quinovic acid 3-β-D-glucopyranosyl-( 1→3 ) -rhamnopyranoside (4), aloe-emodin (5), sweroside (6), loganin (7), noreugenin (8), undulatoside S (9), 5,7-dihydroxy-2- methyl-chromone 7-O- β-D-apiofuranosyl-( 1 →6 ) -/3-D-glucopyranoside ( 10 ), β-sterol ( 11 ) and daucosterol ( 12 ). Conclusion: It is the first time that Compound 4, 5, 6, 11 and 12 isolated from A. pilulifera.
