| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对截肢患者情绪障碍和生活质量的影响。方法采用SDS、SAS和WHO生存质量测定量表（WHOQOL）对72例截肢患者进行情绪障碍和生命质量的评估，根据评估结果进行有针对性的心理干预，并对干预结果进行分析。结果经过6个月心理干预，截肢患者的心理状况明显好转，焦虑、抑郁状态显著改善，干预后心理状态及生活质量较干预前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。心理干预后截肢患者健康状况及生活质量、生理功能、心理状态、独立生活能力、社会关系等较干预前有显著提高（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预明显改善截肢患者的情绪障碍，提高其生活质量。
