| 摘 要： | 本实验通过设置观察组和对照组对曲美他嗪在治疗肥厚型心肌病伴室性心律失常方面的临床疗效进行了探究,对照组使用β-受体阻断剂、钙离子通道阻滞剂等药物进行常规治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加用曲美他嗪进行治疗,口服20mg/次,3次/d。治疗3周为一个疗程。结果显示观察组在显效率和总有效率方面均优于对照组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。 |

| Abstract: | In this study,we explored the Trimetazidine to be used on the clinical efficacy in the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy associated with ventricular arrhythmias by setting the observation group and the control group,the control group used the β-receptor blockers or calcium channel blockers and other drugs to do theconventional treatment,and the observation group used the Trimetazidine more(Oral 20mg /times,three times a day).Continuous treatment for three weeks.The results showed the observation group is better than the control group in significant efficiency and total efficiency,and it has great statistical significance due to the striking contrast between two groups(P<0.05). |
