| 摘 要： | 目的 制备止血模,研究壳聚糖、明胶、PEG4 0 0间的用量比及己二醛溶液的使用对止血膜机械性能的影响。方法 以壳聚糖、明胶为原料,PEG4 0 0为保湿剂,己二醛为交联剂。结果与结论 制备的止血膜经测定其含水量为 6 4.7%,抗拉强度为 33.4MPa,且膜的外观性能较好

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare arresting bleeding film,study the dosage proportion of chitosan,gelatin and PEG400.Also to study the mechanical function influence of adipic dialdehyde solution to arresting bleeding film.Methods Used chitosan and gelmin as material,PEG400 as keeping moist agent,adipic dialdehyde as cross-linking agent.Results and conclusion According to determination,the water content of prepared arresting bleeding film was 64.7%and the tensile strength was 33.4MPa.The surface behavior of membrane was better. |
