静注丙种球蛋白对极低体重儿医院感染的影响

目的:探讨使用静注丙种球蛋白对极低体重儿医院感染的影响。方法:将极低体重儿51例随机分为对照组26例、治疗组25例,对照组未使用静注丙种球蛋白,治疗组在出生早期使用静注丙种球蛋白400mg/kg/d,连用3d。观察两组患儿在住院期间医院感染发生、住院日、死亡情况。结果:极低体重儿预防性使用静注丙种球蛋白医院感染发生率、住院日、死亡率与未用者无明显区别。结论:极低体重儿预防性使用静注丙种球蛋白对预防医院感染无明显疗效,建议静注丙种球蛋白在极低体重儿使用应严格掌握指征,避免药物滥用。

The Effect of Intravenous Human Normal Immunoglobulin Therapy on Nosocomial Infection of Very Low Birth Weight Infants

Objective To evaluate the effect of intravenous human normal immunoglobulin(IVIG)therapy on very low birth weight infant in preventing nosocomial infection.Methods Fifty-one infants were randomly assigned to control group(26 cases)and therapy group(25 cases).The control didn't give IVIG,and the therapy group gave IVIG 400mg/kg/d for three days after birth.Observe the incidence of nosocomial infection,the duration of hospitalization and motality rate of each group.Results Immune globulin therapy failed to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,the duration of hospitalization,or motality in very low birth weight infant.Conclusion IVIG therapy in very low birth weight infants has no effect on preventing nosocomial infection.The decision to use prophylactic IVIG will depend on the values assigned to the clinical outcomes.
