摘    要:
目的:分析2010年1月-2012年12月我院分离出的铜绿假单胞菌耐药性及耐药趋势,为临床预防感染及合理用药提供依据。方法:标准方法采集临床各科室送检标本,采用法国梅里埃VITEK-2compact全自动微生物鉴定仪进行鉴定,药敏采用KB琼脂扩散法,按CLSI标准执行。结果:316株铜绿假单胞菌中对庆大霉素(69.4%)耐药药严重,对亚胺培南(11.2%)耐药率最低,其次为哌拉西林/他唑巴坦(12.9%),阿米卡星(14.8),其余抗生素约在40%-50%。结论:铜绿假单胞菌耐药情况日趋严重,逐年上升,各级医院应切实进行抗菌药物使用管理,加强细菌耐药性的监测与控制,是预防医院感染的有效措施。

Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the January 2010 -2012 in December our hospital isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance and resistance trends for clinical prevention of infection and provide the basis for rational drug use. Methods:The standard method of submission of the department of clinical specimens collected with French bioMerieux VITEK-2compact automated microbial identification system for identification, susceptibility by KB agar diffusion method, according to CLSI standards.Results:316 Pseudomonas aeruginosa to gentamicin (69.4%) severe drug resistance to imipenem (11.2%) resistance rate, followed by piperacillin/tazobactam (12.9 %), amikacin (14.8), and the remaining antibiotics in about 40% -50%.Conclusions:Pseudomonas aeruginosa is becoming more serious, year after year, all hospitals should earnestly carry antimicrobial drug use management, strengthening of bacterial resistance monitoring and control is an effective measure to prevent hospital infection.
