| 摘 要： | 目的：检测强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者血清中可溶性HVEM和IL-17含量并探讨其临床意义。方法：ELISA检测33例AS患者和42例健康自愿者血清可溶性HVEM和IL-17含量。结果：AS患者血清可溶性HVEM含量为（102．8±69．4）肛g／L，健康自愿者血清可溶性HVEM为（53．5±24．1）恤g／L，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。强直性脊柱炎患者血清IL-17含量（267．31±53．50）pg／ml明显高于健康对照组（201．43±47．52）pg／ml，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：检测血清HVEM和IL-17水平对As的辅助诊断及疗效评估有一定的参考价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ： To research the clinical significance of the level of serum HVEM and IL-17 in patients with ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods ： Serum HVEM and IL-17 levels were determined in 33 patients with AS and in 42 controls by ELISA. Results ： The serum HVEM levels in patients with AS （ 102.8 ± 69.4 ） μ g/L were significantly higher than those in healthy controls （ 53.5± 24.1 ） μ g/L, P〈0.05. The serum IL-17 levels in patients with AS （ 267.31 ± 53.50 ） pg/m L were significantly higher than those in healthy controls （ 201.43 ± 47.52 ） pg/m L, P〈0.05 .Conclusions ： Serum HVEM and IL-17 levels provided a useful information for diagnosis and evaluation of AS. |
