我院医务人员健康查体结果统计分析

目的：通过年度体检了解本院职工健康状况，找出影响医务人员健康的不利因素，依情制定有效的预防保健措施。方法：对我院2300名医务人员进行健康查体，并对体检结果进行统计学分析。结果：2300名体检者中。检出疾病或异常人数为1700人，总患病率达73．91％，其中男性600人，患病率69．85％，女性1100人，患病率76．38％，两者差异有统计学意义（P=0．039）。患病率较高的前5位疾病分别是是高脂血症（14．87％，342／2300）、脂肪肝（12．30％，283／2300）、高血压（9．17％，211／2300）、子宫肌瘤（8．09％，186／2300）、甲状腺疾病（甲状腺结节、甲状腺囊肿、甲减、甲亢）（7．57％，174／2300）、乳腺增生（6．34％，148／2300）、糖尿病及糖代谢异常（5．17％，119／2300）、冠心病（4．13％，95／2300）、肝囊肿（3．35％，77／2300）和肾脏疾病（肾囊肿、肾结石）（2．83％，65／2300）等，患病率随年龄增长而增高，年龄差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论：医务人员健康状况堪忧，对危险因素需进行有针对性的干预和预防，可有助于提高医院工作人员健康水平。

The statistical analysis on health examination results of medical staff in our hospital

Objective ： To investigate the health situation in the medical staffand further improve their health. Methods ： The routine health check-up data in 2300 medical staff were collected and analyzed.Results ： The prevalence rate of male was 69.85%, which was significant lower than the female （76.38 %, P=0.039）. The distribution of main diseases was hyperlipidemia（14.87%）, fatty liver（12.30%）, hypertension （9.17%）, hysteromyoma （8.09%）, the thyroid disease （7.57%）, hyperplasia of mammary glands （6.34%） ,hyperglycemia（5.17%）,coronary heart disease（4.13%）,liver cyst（3.35%）and kidney disease（2.83%）.The male with hyperlipidemia was （ 24.56%,211/859 ） and significant higher than the female （ 9.09%,131/1440 ） （ P=0.003 ） ; The fatty liver prevalence rate in the male （ 21.87%,182/859 ） was also significant higher than the female （ 7.01%,101/1440 ） （ P=0.017 ） .The diseased rate in this population increased with the age.Conclusions ： According the analysis results of disease pattern, the application of specific prevention and intervention measures for the risk factors may be raise the health level of medical workers.
