| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹主动脉瘤破裂的CT征象。方法:应用Siemens 16层CT对16例临床上怀疑的患者行CT检查。首先使用5mm层厚行腹部和盆腔平扫,然后使用造影剂跟踪技术对腹部和盆腔行1mm的CTA扫描,最后延迟至门脉期(80s)再行5mm的腹部和盆腔扫描。造影剂的注射速率为3ml/s～4ml/s,造影剂为非离子型,总量约90ml。结果:发现腹主动脉瘤破裂的CT征象包括能显示活动性地造影剂外渗;动脉包含征;动脉瘤大小增加;附壁钙化;附壁血栓和周围血肿。结论:CT及CTA栓法可显示腹主动脉瘤破裂及先兆破裂的CT征象,及时做出诊断。 |
