县级医院护士工作压力源及工作疲溃感调查分析

摘    要:目的:调查并分析县级医院护士的工作压力源及工作疲溃感.方法:在潍坊地区三家二级甲等医院共300名护士中发放问卷,调查护士工作压力源和工作疲溃感情况.结果:县级医院护士工作压力源主要有继续深造的机会少、工资福利待遇低、晋升的机会太少、上班的护士数量少等;县级医院护士的"工作无成就感"在中度以上,高度"工作无成就感"占37.50%;护理工作压力源某些方面与疲溃感呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:县级医院护士工作压力源和工作疲溃感有相关性,并有其与三级医院不同的特点,护理管理者应根据县级医院的实际情况采取措施,可降低护士的工作压力及工作疲溃感.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate and analyze the job stressors and burnout of nurses in the county-level hospitals.Methods:The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 300 nurses who were working in 3 class A hospitals at the second level in Weifang municipality on the situation of their job stressors and burnout.Results:The main job stressors of nurses in the county-level hospitals were that they had less opportunity to take up advanced studies and get promotion and they had low salary and welfare.No sense of working achievement in nurses was common and the situation was above the moderate degree and the severe degree accounted for 37.50%.Some aspects of job stressors were positively correlated with job burnout(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The job stressors of nurses are positively correlated with job burnout and have the different characteristics compared with those in the hospitals at the third level.Therefore the administrators should take appropriate measures to reduce job stress and job burnout of the nurses.
