从手术麻醉增量看未来麻醉科发展

目的研究手术麻醉数量增长对麻醉科的影响以及未来麻醉科发展趋势。方法统计近4年手术麻醉数量的增长情况,综合分析其增长变化原因,进而预测未来3年手术麻醉数量变化以及麻醉科发展要求。结果预测未来3年手术麻醉量年平均增长率为7%。结论手术麻醉数量的显著增长必然对麻醉科管理、服务、技术和科教方面提出更高的要求,并注意优化麻醉方式结构。

The Increase of the Number of Anesthesia in Operation and the Future Development of the Department of Anesthesia

Objective To study the effect of the increase of the number of anesthesia in operation on the Department of Anesthesia and the demands of the future Development of the Department of Anesthesia.Methods First the statistics for the increase of the number of anesthesia in operation in recent 4 years were collected.Then the reasons for the change of the increase were analyzed comprehensively.Finally the change of the number of anesthesia in operation in the future 3 years and the demands for the development of the Department of Anesthesia were predicted.Results It has been predicted that the average annual groveth rate of the number of anethesia in operation in the future 3 years is 7%.Conclusion The obvious increase of the number of anesthesia in operation certainly demands high-level management,service,technology and scientific education of the Department of Anesthesia.And it also demands that the anesthetic ways and structures should be optimized.
