低分子量肝素与脉络宁合用治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察—附34例报告

目的：探讨低分子量肝素与脉络宁合用治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将101例急性脑梗死病人随机分成低分子量肝素组（33例，只用低分子量肝素），脉络宁组（34例，单用脉络宁）及两药合用组（34例），低分子量肝素的用法为0．4mL脐周皮下注射，每12小时1次，脉络宁的用法为20mL加入到5％葡萄糖氯化钠溶液或0．9％氯化钠溶液250mL中静脉滴注，每日1次，3组的治疗14日，治疗前后分别进行神经功能缺损评分，检查血常规，肝功能，肾功能，凝血功能。结果：两药合用组显效率71％，有效率91％，均显著高于低分子量肝素组和脉络宁组（P＜0．05和P＜0．01），且未发现有严重的肝，肾功能损害及出血等不良反应。结论：低分子量肝素与脉络宁合用治疗急性脑梗死安全有效，疗效优于单用其中一种药物者。

Effects of enoxaparin combined with mailuoning on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of enoxaparine combined with mailuoning on the treatment of acute cere bral infarction.Methods :One hundred and one patients were ran dom ly di vid ed in to three groups:thirty-three pa-tients were treated only with0.4mL enoxaparin,twice daily subcuta neously.Thir ty-four patients were treated with only20mL mailu oning,one daily by intravenous drip.Thir ty-four patients were treated with enoxaparin and mailuoning.Three groups were treated for14days.Im paired neu ro logical function score,blood routine,liv er and kid ney function,blood coag ulation were exam ined before and after treatment.Re sults:Sig nificant effec tive rate and effective rate were71%and91%re spectively in those pa-tients treated with enoxaparin com bined with mailu on ing,significantly higher than that in the oth er two groups(P<0.05or P<0.01).No severe adverse reactions after treatment were found.Con clu sion:Enoxaparin com bined with mailu on ing is an effec-tive and safe regimen for the treatment of acute cere bral in farc tion.
