| 摘 要： | 本文从某医院人才队伍建设中存在的难点问题着手，提出加强军队中小医院人才建设的对策：一是梳理整合，确保医院重点学科人才梯次，实现可持续发展；二是构筑创业平台，广泛吸引、蓄积人才；三是创造优良环境，科学保留人才；四是建立长效卫勤训练机制，培育复合型人才。 |

| Abstract: | Analyzing the difficulties and problems of certain hospital in talented person building, the au- thor proposed some countermeasures. Firstly, ensuring the talented person echelon of key discipline by integration, to achieve sustainable development. Secondly, constructing a business platform, to widely attract and accumulate personnel. Thirdly, creating a good environment, to retain talents. Fourthly, establishing the mechanism of long - lasting medical support training, to cultivate compound talent. |
