摘    要:
目的:建立一种行角度加载的动物实验模型,评估在一定载荷下应力的刺激对骨结合的影响。方法:选成年家犬4只,对28枚种植体分别行垂直和5o、10o、20o的侧向加载,建立角度加载的动物实验模型,并对28枚种植体分别行垂直和侧向加载,观察种植体周骨改建状况,计算机图像分析仪测定骨结合指数和新骨生长率并观察种植体周骨改建状况,结果应用SAS6.12行统计学分析。结果:28枚种植体无一松动、脱落,均形成的骨结合,均获得预期种植角度。结论:成功的建立了一种即刻角度加载的种植体模型。

Abstract:
Objective Establishing experimental implant model with angle lateral loading to evaluate the stress distribution regularity after immediately loading implants. Method: 4 adult tame dogs were implanted with the angle of 0o,5o,10o and 20o and the 28 implants were immediately loaded. Osseointegra-tion index and bone ingrowth fraction was measured by quantitative histology and the data was statisically analyzed by SAS6.12 software. Result: None of 28 implants had been instable or fallen off and osseointegration had come into being.The prospective angle had achieved. Conclusion: The experimental implant model with angle lateral loading was successfully accomplished.
